Return Policy – SPECIAL TERMS WHILE NZ IS IN
LEVEL 3 OR 4
RETURN COURIER IS FREE
It doesn't always go as planned when ordering clothes
online especially when there’s a pandemic floating around, so we thought we
would make your life a bit easier. The return courier is free. We will send you
a courier label with instructions. It’s very easy.
Please note, this offer only applies to NZ customers and
must be used through our contracted courier provider (CourierPost). This offer
is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
SALE GOODS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS OFFER AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE AS PER BELOW TERMS.
1. Within 3 days of receipt of your parcel, send an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org, with the details of your return.
2. We will email you a label via return email.
3. Print the label on your printer.
4. Package your parcel up with your returns form included and attach the
label to the parcel. Please make sure it’s stuck on well.
5. Call 0800 COURIER (0800 268 743) or fill in the online form

6. On receipt of the parcel, we will process your refund to
your original credit card (or Afterpay/Laybuy account). Please expect this to
happen 1-2 days after we receive it.
7. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 2 to 3 days
to show up
PLEASE NOTE: All items must be in original condition,
unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Otherwise they will not be
accepted and posted back to you.
The garments need to be received back with us, within 7
days of receipt. The earlier the better please so we can find a new home for
We are happy to exchange or refund any item (excluding all sale, discounted or clearance items*) purchased on line, if it is received back with us, within 7 days of receipt, however the following conditions do apply.
1. RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OR THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST. WE WILL NOT PROCESS RETURNS IF THEY ARE OUTSIDE THIS TIME-FRAME.
2. YOU MUST RETURN PURCHASES WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION (COPY OF INVOICE AND RETURN FORM COMPLETED) AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (AS PER BELOW)
3. ALL LABELS AND SWING TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED, AND THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, CLEAN AND ODOR FREE. ALL SHOES SHOULD BE TRIED ON IN A CARPETED AREA BEFORE WEAR. SCRATCHED SOLE SHOES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR SOILED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND MAY BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND A REFUND DENIED.
4. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED ON THE RETURN OF THE GARMENT. WE REQUIRE YOU TO USE A TRACK AND TRACE COURIER AS THE SAFEST OPTION FOR RETURNS, DO NOT USE A POSTAL SERVICE. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS THAT FAIL TO MAKE IT TO US.
5. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or should you receive any item not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately via email email@example.com
6. Any women's fashion garments with special care instructions should be handled with extra care to prevent any damage occurring.
7. Items returned without a receipt or after 7 days from receipt, will not be refunded unless you have contacted us and we have consented to the late return or missing receipt.
8. Any charges incurred through a return will be deducted from your refund. Any courier fee is the responsibility of the customer; we will not refund the costs of the courier.
Any International returns need to contact us before sending back a return. We will not be liable for any customs surcharges or any other fees.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for a reply before sending. Failure to contact us may result in your return being sent back to you again and you will be held liable for any customs surcharges.
* We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale, discounted or clearance items. This includes any special discount vouchers or coupons offered from time to time.

We will exchange a garment for a different size (excluding sale, discounted or clearance items). If an alternative size is not available, we will offer your preference of exchanging for another garment or a full refund. For exchanges we recommend you email us with details of your request at email@example.com to ensure your re-order. Any exchanges made will be charged for postage. Exchanges sent within New Zealand will be charged to the customer at a flat rate of $5.00. Exchanges sent to Australia will be charged a flat rate of $10.00. The exchange will not be processed until we have received the original garment back. Please note that we require the exchange garment to be returned to us within 7 days and our return policy applies.
